1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. This allows for careful order picking and quality checks.
  • Order Modifications: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at 19243458713@163.com. We can only accommodate changes before your order has been packed and handed over to the shipping carrier.

2. Shipping Destinations & Methods
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Domestic Shipping (Mainland China):

    • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-5 business days after dispatch (available for most regions).
  • International Shipping:

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s status.

5. Delivery & Responsibility

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Promolab’s liability for the shipment ends. We are not responsible for loss or theft after delivery confirmation.
  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, any additional reshipping or storage fees incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.

6. Shipping Issues

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows no updates for an unusually long time (e.g., over 15 business days for international or 10 days for domestic shipping), please contact us.
  • Damaged Upon Arrival: Please inspect your package promptly upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours by email at 19243458713@163.com. Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging. We will guide you through the resolution process.
