1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags and labels attached.
  • All original packaging (e.g., dust bags, boxes) should be included where possible.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The following are NOT eligible for return:
    • Hats that have been worn, altered, or damaged.
    • Items marked as “Final Sale.”
    • Any items where hygiene cannot be maintained (e.g., hats with visible stains or makeup).

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us First: Please email us at 19243458713@163.com with your order number and reason for return. We may request photos for condition assessment.
  2. Receive Instructions: If eligible, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and the secure return address. Please do not ship returns without an RA number.
  3. Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely, preferably in its original packaging. Please include the RA number inside the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection. Promolab is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.

3. Refunds

  • Upon receipt and inspection, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for items that are defective, incorrect, or for a different size/color (subject to availability).

5. Final Sale Items

  • Items marked “Final Sale” are discounted final purchases and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Provide your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a prompt solution, which may include a prepaid return label and a full refund or replacement.
